cottoning on solitary.
Hello world. My right eye's swollen at the corner. Must have been the mishandling of contacts, carelessly removed eye make-up, olive oil (as a remover. It cleans off perfectly! But then, the oil stays and you have to wash it real good so there's no residue. I have been lazy lately.) and Vaseline (as a replacement for eye cream, which worked perfectly fine in China and before China). UGHHH. My body feels real tired lately. Must have been the late nights cramming of 'Big Bang Theory' (I'm onto Season 3!!!). SIGHHH.

Anyway, here's what has been happening with me the entire week in brief...
MONDAY Flu bug meant that I was held captive the entire day at home. Watched 'Big Bang Theory', 'The Proposal' and a whole lot of Youtube videos.
TUESDAY Mall with Dorcas K. Got myself 3 tops from Forever 21 (I got a cool silver purse for a freebie!) and 2 elkie and 1 long cardigans from Cotton On (I foresee myself patronizing this store very often in the very near future. Haha!) I was supposed to meet up with all my China 姐姐s for dinner but it was too late for me. ))):
WEDNESDAY Lunch, movie and mall date with my Aussie cousins, Daniel and Darlia. Caught 'Sherlock Holmes' again. Haha. It's not my 'typical', with 'typical' defined here as boy-meets girl kind of love stories, kind of shows but I do love action. Which is kind of weird because I really hate gore, fighting and killing. Oookay... Contradictory! Anyway, going back to where I was before this 'bimbo' moment...
THURSDAY Paid the doc a visit, bought Darlia a birthday present, got myself 3 pairs of earrings from Accessorize (I was aiming for their sale items but the bags were only 20% off and the earrings which were priced 1/2 of their usual were just okay. I mean, it's probably because I have seen them so often but oh well. None of them were screaming for me to buy them before (and now).), read Times, caught 'Cirque du Freaks: The Vampire's Assistant' which was interesting. Again, not my 'typical' kind of show but the ending promises a good sequel, with 'good' being equal to 'loads of action'.
FRIDAY Pack my stupid room!!! I just packed it a few days ago, but it's all messy again. VERY.

So yep. School starts next week. And I'm both dreading and anticipating it. Dreading takes up a larger percentage though. Thank God for Charfil Days (on Tuesdays) and Lizzie Days (on Wednesdays)!
